Terms of Service

• Keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person, one account. Don't sell or share your account, and don't make new accounts to get around a ban.
• If you think someone got into your account, tell us at /ticket/requests.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. In short:

• No harassment, hate or threats, and nothing that sexualizes minors, ever.
• No illegal content, spam, scams or malware, and no pretending to be someone else.
• No unofficial bots or scraping, and no trying to break Kaisuki.
• Adult content stays in channels that are age-gated for it.

You can report any message, profile or server and block anyone, right in the app. Our Safety Center (/safety) shows how. We review reports, remove content that breaks the rules, and can suspend or ban the accounts behind it.

What you post is yours. To show it to the people you share it with, you give Kaisuki Media LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, copy, format and deliver it, only to run and improve Kaisuki. The license ends when you delete it, apart from short-lived backups and what the law requires us to keep.

Only post things you have the right to share. To report a copyright problem, see our DMCA Policy (/dmca) or email [email protected].

The Kaisuki name, logo, apps, software and artwork belong to Kaisuki Media LLC. Please don't copy our branding or resell access. Anything you unlock, like Kikkō and cosmetics, is a license to use inside Kaisuki, not ownership.

• Kikkō is a promotional in-app currency. You earn it on Kaisuki and spend it in the shop. It can't be transferred or exchanged for money, with one exception: eligible members may cash out Kikkō through the Kaisuki Monetization Program on kaisuki.com, subject to that program's own terms (/monetization-program). Monetization Program payouts are made through PayPal.
• If we ever sell a currency for money, it will be a separate currency, bought only through Apple's or Google's in-app purchase. It will never be cashable, through the Monetization Program or otherwise, and it will not expire.
• Spark and Spark Pro are unlocked with Kikkō. They aren't subscriptions: each unlock lasts a set time and then simply ends, so there's nothing to cancel.
• Awakenings support the communities you love and are spent in Kikkō. Creators keep 50% of NET RECEIPTS from their server's Awakenings — that is, what reaches Kaisuki after the platform intake comes off the Kikkō price, not 50% of the price itself. Kaisuki keeps the other 50%. Your server's Awakening Revenue page shows the numbers. Revenue sharing needs approval and can be paused for servers that break the rules.
• Shop cosmetics are cosmetic only and stay tied to your account.

Kikkō spent on cosmetics, boosts and Spark is generally final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If something looks wrong, open a ticket at /ticket/requests.

You can leave anytime: open your account settings and choose Delete Account. Your content is then removed as our Privacy Policy (/privacy) describes.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, our Guidelines or the law, or to keep people safe. Usually we warn you first and tell you which rule was broken. For serious or repeated problems, we may act right away. If you think we got it wrong, appeal at /ticket/requests and a person will review it.

We do our best, but Kaisuki is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties, and we aren't responsible for what other members post.

As far as the law allows, Kaisuki Media LLC isn't liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, such as lost data or profits. Where we are liable, it's limited to any amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and any disputes go to the courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila.

We'll update these terms as Kaisuki changes and put the new date at the top. For big changes, we'll tell you by email or in the app first. Using Kaisuki after a change means you accept it.
