Inbox-friendly emails

Nobody likes being spammed — especially by platforms they enjoy using. Today we're shipping a complete rework of our email system.

What changed

• Clean, light-mode templates by default. Admins can still switch to the brand-dark variant from the dashboard.
• One-click unsubscribe on every non-critical email (RFC 8058 compliant). Gmail and Apple Mail will show a proper Unsubscribe button.
• Smarter batching — DMs and mentions are now rate-limited to avoid flooding your inbox when you step away.
• Transactional clarity — password reset, verification, and receipts are visually distinct from notifications.

What's in an email

Every Kaisuki email now includes:

• A link to our blog so you can find out what else is new
• Our legal address (Kaisuki Media LLC, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines)
• A direct path to your notification preferences
